paranormal investigation is not as easy as some people may think. You have to use very destinct tatics you have to entice spirits. I also have an extensive knowledge of demonic hauntings and they are not for the weak of spirit or heart. alot of people are very vurnolble to demons and can be possessed to kill or inflict injuries to other people so be careful to form some kind of profile of what kind of spirit you might be dealing with before you butt heads with it.

Several things are lined up for September- Roh's Theater & the Coal Miner's Museum just to name a few. So please take a look at your calendars and let us know your dates of availability even if you are unable to attend this meeting so we can plan the outings appropriately.

INTERACTIVE SESSION: EVP Protocol! If you have a voice recorder please bring it with you to the meeting, we'll do some practice EVP sessions, talk about the types of questions to ask and how to ask them. We'll also discuss EVP analysis.

Reminder to all who are attending Tuesday's meeting- please bring a pair of metal (non-coated) coat hangers if you have them (like those at the dry cleaner's).  We will be focusing on electromagnetic fields- what they are, the different types, how they are detected and what it all means to ghost hunters.  If you have your own EMF detector please also bring it along so we can ensure there are plenty for everyone to use.

 Paranormal Attack when asleep

People experience what they feel are Paranormal Attacks in their sleep. These attacks have been believed to be perpetrated by "Ghosts", "Spirits" and "Demonic Entities".  Admittedly "UFO Abductions" also falls in here, but as we are ghost hunters and not UFO hunters that is for someone else to discuss. 

EMF detectors/testers are designed to measure EMF from electrical devices, these can range from microwave ovens, computers, televisions, and electrical wiring.  These are used in paranormal research, because it is believed that when a spirit tries to manifest itself it pulls Electromagnetic energy from the environment and this is detectable as an Electromagnetic Field.

 Paranormal Certifications?  You will see many places offering classes to train you as a certified Paranormal Investigator.  I have found that in most cases this training is little more than teaching you how to investigate by that group's methods.  I would never discourage someone from taking these classes.  Learning the methods that other's are using is a very valuable way to learn and expand your own knowledge and sometimes you find you can improve upon your current methods by working with others.  However do not feel yo
